Man wanted for first-degree murder, arson arrested in New Brunswick

MONCTON, N.B. - The RCMP in New Brunswick have arrested a man wanted on charges of first-degree murder and arson in the death of a young man last month.

Const. Jullie Rogers-Marsh says 18-year-old Tyler Noel was arrested on Saturday afternoon in a vehicle near Peticodiac.

Police are still on the hunt for 20-year-old Marissa Shephard, who also faces first-degree murder and arson charges in the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie.

Wylie's body was discovered after a fire at a house in Moncton on Dec. 17.

Days after the blaze, a first-degree murder charge was laid against 18-year-old Devin Morningstar, who was arrested following the fire.
