Johnny Depp failed to shock Pirates Of The Caribbean ride-goers during a recent Disneyland appearance.

The actor dressed up as his character Captain Jack Sparrow during a visit to the California theme park last month, and planned to surprise people as they rode the indoor boat ride, which inspired his swashbuckling movie franchise.
