The singer is nominated in four categories, including album of the year for global chart-topper "25."

She will also sing at Wednesday's ceremony at London's O2 Arena. Her performance at last week's Grammy Awards was unsettled when a microphone fell into a piano during the tender song "All I Ask."

Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Coldplay are also due to perform at the Brits ceremony, which recognizes international stars alongside homegrown talent.

Leading contenders include singer-songwriter James Bay, electronica trio Years & Years and DJ Calvin Harris.

U.S. band Eagles Of Death Metal, whose concert was targeted in the Paris attacks, is up against U2 in the international group category.
